Please feel free to choose your preferred method of communication. I most frequently use email and WhatsApp for quick interactions. However, if you prefer to use any other communication platform, please let me know, and we can arrange accordingly.
Most of my service packages include weekly or bi-weekly calls conducted via Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams where we will discuss any new updates or reports. Kindly note that if you wish to schedule a call outside of this regular arrangement, it must be booked at least one day in advance.
Depending on the nature of the work, yes. I am currently in the process of establishing customer and client portals to facilitate clear transparency between VA and the client.
The response time depends on the package you have purchased, as well as the volume of work involved and the time required to complete it. For example, clients with a 45-hour per month package can expect a response within the same business day or by the following day at the latest. This package requires a significant portion of my workload and is prioritized accordingly. In contrast, the 15-hour per month package entails a lower workload and offers more flexibility, resulting in an expected response time of approximately 2-3 business days.
